Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sucomail (the "Service"), accessible via sucomail.com and sucomail.me. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Sucomail Is
Sucomail provides free, temporary, disposable email addresses. Anyone can generate a mailbox on the fly and receive email into it without registration. The Service is intended for short-term, non-critical use — for example, verifying a signup or avoiding spam in your primary inbox.
2. No Account Required
Sucomail does not require you to register or provide personal information to create a mailbox. Mailbox addresses you create are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and are not tied to any identity we hold.
3. Message Retention
Emails received in a Sucomail inbox are automatically and permanently deleted after 15 days. We do not guarantee messages will remain available for the full 15 days, and we may delete messages sooner at our discretion, for example to enforce these Terms or for technical reasons. Do not rely on Sucomail for long-term storage of any message.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send, receive, or facilitate spam, phishing, or malware;
- Engage in or support illegal activity of any kind;
- Harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm any person or organization;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the Service's systems, rate limits, or security controls;
- Scrape, automate, or abuse the Service's endpoints outside of normal, reasonable use;
- Use the Service for the receipt or exchange of child sexual abuse material or any other content that violates applicable law.
We may block, rate-limit, or permanently deny access to any address, IP, or device that we determine, at our discretion, is abusing the Service.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of any specific message, or that the Service will be error-free or secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sucomail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of messages, missed verification emails, or any downstream consequence of relying on a disposable address.
7. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
